We help clients to borrow more using RSUs issued under ESS (Employee Share Scheme) as a bonus to grow their property portfolio.

RSUs issued under ESS depend on many factors. Many lenders do not use this as income at all.  Whereas few lenders would accept it as income subject to eligibility and qualifying criteria. 

Some lenders would use an average of shares invested in the last 2 years that were issued as bonuses under ESS. In some cases, lenders use this income regardless of a change of job, but in most cases, lenders want the employee to be in the same company for more than 2 years.
